CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1463 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> CITY CODE CHAPTER <br /> 801.16(5)(g)and ADDING CITY <br /> CODE CHAPTER 802.12(F) <br /> Utility Rate Discount Program <br /> Objectives and Eligibility Criteria <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. Purpose: The City of <br /> Roseville established City Code <br /> Chapter 801.16(B)(8)to allow for the <br /> establishment of reduced utility rates <br /> for eligible homeowners. This <br /> section is hereby amended to read 1 <br /> as follows: <br /> 8. Utility Rate Discount: The City j <br /> Council may establish reduced water !.. <br /> and sewer rates for owner-occupied <br /> homes that meet financially need- <br /> based criteria as established by the <br /> City Council from time to time. <br /> In addition the following is added to <br /> City Code Chapter 802.12: <br /> F. Utility Rate Discount: The City <br /> Council may establish reduced water <br /> and sewer rates for owner-occupied <br /> homes that meet financially need- <br /> based criteria as established by the <br /> City Council from time to time. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date: This <br /> ordinance shall be effective upon <br /> adoption and publication.
