7. The Coniractor shall camply with alI applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, <br />rules and regulations. <br />8, The Contractor agrees that in order to protect i#self and the City under the indemnity <br />provision set forth herein, it will at all times during the term of this Agreement, keep in <br />force policies of insurance as indicated in this contract. <br />The insurance protection will have the following limits: <br />A. Camprehensive Casualty General Liability; <br />(1) Bodily Injury (including campleted operations and products liability); <br />(2) Praperty Damage Liability Insurarice will provide explosion, �ollapse and <br />Underground coverages where applicable; <br />(3) Personal Injury, with employment exclusion cEeleted: <br />$5,000,000.00 Combuied Single Lirnits <br />B. Comprehensive Automobile Liability: <br />(1) Bodily Injury <br />$50�,000.00 Each Person <br />$1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence <br />(2) Property Damage <br />$100,000.Q0 Each Occurrence <br />C. Workers' Compensation coverage: <br />The Contractor further agrees to name the City as additional insured in said insurance <br />policies and to provide a certificate of said insurance to the City prior to commencing <br />work. Tke Co�hactar agrees to notify ihe City twenty-five {25) days prior to <br />cancellation or a change in any if the afal•ementioned insurance policies. <br />II. DUTIES OF THE CITY <br />The City agrees to furnish, at its cost, to the Contractor, sufficie�t space far the same and <br />proper presentatian of the firewor�cs display and all necessary Polic� protection, to <br />pravide the necessary perimeters for restrieting the public frorn gaining acc�ss to the <br />shoot site. <br />2. Upon execution of the terms of this Agreement, following the fireworl�s display on the <br />night of July 4, 2014, payment shall be made in fi113 by the City wifl�in two weeks. <br />
