The Coniractor shall camply with alI applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. 8, The Contractor agrees that in order to protect i#self and the City under the indemnity provision set forth herein, it will at all times during the term of this Agreement, keep in force policies of insurance as indicated in this contract. The insurance protection will have the following limits: A. Camprehensive Casualty General Liability; (1) Bodily Injury (including campleted operations and products liability); (2) Praperty Damage Liability Insurarice will provide explosion, �ollapse and Underground coverages where applicable; (3) Personal Injury, with employment exclusion cEeleted: $5,000,000.00 Combuied Single Lirnits B. Comprehensive Automobile Liability: (1) Bodily Injury $50�,000.00 Each Person $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence (2) Property Damage $100,000.Q0 Each Occurrence C. Workers' Compensation coverage: The Contractor further agrees to name the City as additional insured in said insurance policies and to provide a certificate of said insurance to the City prior to commencing work. Tke Co�hactar agrees to notify ihe City twenty-five {25) days prior to cancellation or a change in any if the afal•ementioned insurance policies. II. DUTIES OF THE CITY The City agrees to furnish, at its cost, to the Contractor, sufficie�t space far the same and proper presentatian of the firewor�cs display and all necessary Polic� protection, to pravide the necessary perimeters for restrieting the public frorn gaining acc�ss to the shoot site. 2. Upon execution of the terms of this Agreement, following the fireworl�s display on the night of July 4, 2014, payment shall be made in fi113 by the City wifl�in two weeks.
