RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SHILLMAN AVENUE WEST FROM FAIRVIEW AVE NORTH TO WEST SNELLING DRIVE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, Skillman Ave between Fairview Ave and West Snelling Drive is a Municipal State Aid Highway; 1g AND WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be repaved using Municipal State Aid 19 Highway funds and the repaving of such roadways must conform to established Municipal State 2o Aid Highway standards; 21 AND WHEREAS, the current width and striped use of Skillman Ave is not sufficient for on 22 street parking on both sides according to State Aid standards; 23 AND WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation requires a resolution from the 24 governing body designating a parking restriction in the event the roadway does not meet 25 standards for on street parking; 26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that 27 parking is hereby prohibited along the north side of Skillman Avenue West from Fairview Ave 28 North to West Snelling Drive; 29 30 31 32 The motion was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the following voted against: . WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
