Motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Commissioner David Singleton moved and Commissioner Brisbois seconded a motion to <br />approve the February 19, 2014 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Public Comment <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on the agenda, <br />the chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />Old Business <br />2014 Essay Contest <br />• Current Status of Announcement of Winners <br />• April 7th Essay Contest Reception and Presentation to Council <br />Ms. Collins explained letters were sent to the essay winners inviting them to attend the April 7tn <br />Reception. She commented six out of nine were planning to attend, along with the principal of <br />the school. <br />
