1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ii 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 1� 20 Zi 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 14th day of April, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 2013 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 8, 2013, the 2013 Pavement Management Project, North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this contract. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the wark completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on April 14, 2014. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the same: . WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
