If the proposed addition is to <br />be functional, aesthetically pleasing and economically justifiable, a minor <br />variation in the regulations regarding set-back from property lines in the <br />back yard is necessary. The proposed addition is shown in yellow <br />lúglùighter on the site plan, the existing structure is in pink, with the <br />overlapping area becoming part of the new garage and the solid pink <br />remainder of the old garage becoming the new family room.
