Albert Street (PC#2900) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Talaska: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the City of Roseville's Minor Variance <br />Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 22, 1997, to consider Mr. and Mrs. David Wanous' <br />request for the above-referenced minor variance. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. in <br />the Community Development Conference Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive. <br /> <br />If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request <br />will be placed on the April 28, 1997, City Council agenda. If the request is not unanimously <br />recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will not be forwarded to the City <br />Council; however, Mr. and Mrs. Wanous will have the option of requesting a variance <br />through the regular variance procedure. <br /> <br />You are welcome to attend both the Minor Variance Committee meeting and the City <br />Council meeting.
