Since we moved in this property in 1981 it has been this way and in <br />checking with prior owners the driveway was also the same. Nevertheless, we will apply for a <br />variance per your needs. <br /> <br />Enclosed find my application along with our immediate neighbors to our south (address 2293 <br />Auerbach) who would be affected the most as they would be the adjoining property to my driveway <br />location. Also I am enclosing the site plan that shows the property lines and the location of driveway <br />as accurately drawn by the city. <br /> <br />Your assistance in this matter is appreciated. If you could please notify me what the time table <br />would be in regards to receiving the variance. Also please note I have enclosed my husband's death <br />certificate resulting in only one signature as the owner of property.
