AP T THIS AGREE:MENT} made and entered into this 11th day of March, 1997, by and between the City of Rcrsev;lIe, Minnesota (City) and Shenehon Company {Appraiser}, whose office address is 8(11 Nicollet Mall, Suite 900, Minneapolis, MN 55402, for the providing of real estate appraisal services to the City ~ 1. The Appraiser agrees to provide nonexclusive real estate appraisal services to the City incJuding1 but not limited to, preparation of appraisals, right-at-way acquisition, expert testimony and preparation of reports for a period ending December 31 t 1999. This AgreemE~nt shall be reviewed annually and may be modified by the parties from time to time- 2. The City wilt pay for slJch real estate appraisal services as the Appraiser is engaged to perform at the rates and for the specific amounts set forth on the fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference. 3. It is und erstood by the Appraiser that this is a nonexclusive Agreement, and that agreemf~nts regarding the providing of real estate appraisal services by other appraisers may be entered ínto during the term of this Agreement by the City. During the term of this Agreement however, the Appraiser agrees that he/she will not provide any real estate appraisal services to any other individual or entity for any matters which may involve the City. 4. The Ap Jraiser agrees to commit to the principles of the Code of Ethics for its professi,)n and the City of Roseville Code of Ethics for Public Officials. 5. The Apl)raiser shall provide the City with a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimurn of $600,000.00 limits. 6. This noilexclusive Agreement may be canceled by either party by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation.
