<br />i'" <br />. <br /> <br />"- <br />~ <br /> <br />/..: .' <br />~- \" <br /> <br />. ..~ <br />... <br /> <br />AP <br /> <br /> <br />T <br /> <br />THIS AGREE:MENT} made and entered into this 11th day of March, 1997, by and between <br />the City of Rcrsev;lIe, Minnesota (City) and Shenehon Company {Appraiser}, whose office <br />address is 8(11 Nicollet Mall, Suite 900, Minneapolis, MN 55402, for the providing of real <br />estate appraisal services to the City ~ <br /> <br />1. The Appraiser agrees to provide nonexclusive real estate appraisal services to the City <br />incJuding1 but not limited to, preparation of appraisals, right-at-way acquisition, expert <br />testimony and preparation of reports for a period ending December 31 t 1999. This <br />AgreemE~nt shall be reviewed annually and may be modified by the parties from time <br />to time- <br /> <br />2. The City wilt pay for slJch real estate appraisal services as the Appraiser is engaged <br />to perform at the rates and for the specific amounts set forth on the fee schedule <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />3. It is und erstood by the Appraiser that this is a nonexclusive Agreement, and that <br />agreemf~nts regarding the providing of real estate appraisal services by other <br />appraisers may be entered ínto during the term of this Agreement by the City. During <br />the term of this Agreement however, the Appraiser agrees that he/she will not provide <br />any real estate appraisal services to any other individual or entity for any matters <br />which may involve the City. <br /> <br />4. The Ap Jraiser agrees to commit to the principles of the Code of Ethics for its <br />professi,)n and the City of Roseville Code of Ethics for Public Officials. <br /> <br />5. The Apl)raiser shall provide the City with a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a <br />minimurn of $600,000.00 limits. <br /> <br />6.
