(J T -'Sõ <br />$44,000. ~..ü . <br />5î4,1S'1 <br /> <br />L\ '\ bee) <br />~~\2 ~ "D <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1.2 <br /> <br />2.0 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the request to sell the property to George Reiling a~~y 8, <br />2000 Council Meeting and approved the sale of2668 Lexington Avenue to George Reiling at <br />an agreed upon appraised value with the contingency that the land be used as part of a <br />proposed senior housing development. <br /> <br />The City hired Dan Dwyer ofDahgren, Dwyer Appraisers to complete a market appraisal of <br />the lot. The appraisal has set the value of the property at $44,000. <br /> <br />Mr. Reiling is working with senior housing developers to refine plans for a senior housing <br />project north and ea.st of the property and would like to incorporate the City lot into the <br />project. <br /> <br />Upon approval ora purchase agreement, Mr. Reiling will move forward on the formal plans <br />for approval of the project through a PUD review at the Planning Commission and final <br />approval by the City CounciL <br /> <br />PF3202 - RCA (07/10/00) - Page 1 of 2 <br />
