The project <br />is located in the Northeast quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />By way of background, the subject project is an extension of RCWD permit <br />review started in 1987 for Venture (2nd) Addition for Fine Associates by <br />Suburban Engineering. Our firm subsequently became involved in the RCWD <br />permitting review process in November, 1989 in conjunction with seeking <br />approvals for the Venture Third Addition plat. A set of reference documents <br />and calculations for completing the Venture 3rd Addition utility and private <br />street improvement, including the storm sewer construction and pond sizing on <br />Lot 5 to RCWD specifications is being submitted under separate cover for Fine <br />Associates. The storm sewer design for Lot 4 is compatible with the overall <br />drainage design for Venture 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />On behalf of Willmus Properties, it is respectively requested that the <br />attached Permit Application and exhibits be included on the April 1990 RCWD <br />agenda for final site drainage plan and site grading approval.
