<br />~ WILLMUS COMPANIES <br /> <br />October 31, 1989 <br /> <br />Roseville Planning Commission <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Dive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Planning Commission Members: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to more fully define our intent <br />with respect to the temporary banking facility. <br /> <br />We comtemplate the set-up of the temporary bank in late January, <br />1990 with opening scheduled for about February 1st. This <br />facility will remain open until the permanent bank building <br />is complete. <br /> <br />Final construction plans for the permanent building will be <br />ready on February 15, 1990, at which time construction will <br />begin; subject to some margin in the event of extremely bad <br />winter weather. We are anticipating the permanent building to <br />be completed before August 1, 1990. Upon occupancy of the <br />permanent building the temporary facility will be removed <br />from the site.
