At their ßM3eting on April 25, 1990 , the Board of Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed District reviewed your pernú..t apIÜication and the re<:x:>1'IIœ11dtion of the District Engineer based upon the following exhibits: 1. Permit Application dated April 3, 1990. 2. Transmittal letter and project backgrotmd, received from G.Dale Hamilton, McCombs-Frank- Roos.Associates,Inc., received April ll, 1990, last revised April 13, 1990 (four sheets). 3. Grad~ and Drainage Plan for Venture Third Addition, prepared by McCombs-Frank-Roes Assoc1ates, Inc., received April 11, 1990k last revised April 13, 1990 (four sheets). 4. $2,000 cash surety, received April 17, 1990. They found the project as planned to be in acoordance with the Rules & Regulations and Guide- lines of the District and tbarefore approved the pennit as requested, with the following ad- ditional stipulations: No additional stipulations. NOTE: Failure to implanent and maintain the sediment-erosion control and cover establishment Iœasures outlined in the permit exhibits may result in forfeiture of your cash surety. If such measures are satisfactorily provided, the cash surety will be returned with interest ,?-fter . permanent vegetative cover has been ~stablished. Please notify the District Office 111 wr1ting when pennanent vegetative cover has been established and a final inspection will be made. It is the resp:>nsibility of the Pennittee to provide all IœaSureS necessary to p:>sitively oontain sedirœnt on the site during oonstr\x::tion. This nay require the use of erosion oontrol IœaSureS rot outlined on the erosion oontrol plan.
