That sidewalks be built along contiguous public streets <br />adjacent to Lot 4. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That the <br />parkland <br />resolved. <br /> <br />issue of the dedication of money <br />as required by the subdivision <br /> <br />in lieu <br />ordinance <br /> <br />of <br />be <br /> <br />3. That there be final review of engineering and landscape <br />plans by City staff. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />" . <br />That the approval of the bank be subject to: <br /> <br />a. Final approval of exterior elevations and building <br />materials. <br /> <br />b. Review of engineering details for grading, drainage, <br />and utilities. <br /> <br />c. Approval of landscape details for the bank site by City <br />staff. <br /> <br />d. Final approval of sign design and square footage in <br />accordance with ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />e.
