<br />ol.-{)3 ~ <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 12-07-89 <br /> <br />ITEM NO. : C- -II <br /> <br /> <br />Manager Reviewed: <br /> <br />Agenda section: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Fine AssociatesjRoseville community Bank <br />request for preliminary and final plat <br />approval, special use permit for an amended <br />planned unit development and permit for a <br />temporary banking facility at the northwest <br />corner of County Road C and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its November 1, 1989 meeting, <br />on a 6-0-1 vote recommended approval of a preliminary plat and a <br />special use permit for an amended planned unit development plan <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />l. That sidewalks be built along contiguous public streets. <br /> <br />2. That there be a dedication of money in lieu of parkland as <br />required by the subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />3. That there be final review of Engineering and landscape plans <br />by the city staff. <br /> <br />4. That the approval of the bank be subject to <br /> <br />a. Final approval of exterior elevations and building <br />materials. <br /> <br />b. Review of Engineering details for grading, drainage, and <br />utilities. <br /> <br />c. Approval of landscape details for the bank site for City <br />staff. <br /> <br />d. Final approval of sign design and sq. footage in <br />accordance with ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />e.
