That sidewalks be built along contiguous public streets. <br /> <br />2. That there be a dedication of money in lieu of parkland as <br />required by the subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />3. That there be final review of Engineering and landscape plans <br />by the city staff. <br /> <br />4. That the approval of the bank be subject to <br /> <br />a. Final approval of exterior elevations and building <br />materials. <br /> <br />b. Review of Engineering details for grading, drainage, and <br />utilities. <br /> <br />c. Approval of landscape details for the bank site for City <br />staff. <br /> <br />d. Final approval of sign design and sq. footage in <br />accordance with ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />e.
