I enclose a copy of <br />correspondence from Design Stages indicating that the existing <br />signs will be removed when the new sign has been erected. It is my <br />understanding from a recent discussion with Don Roberts that you <br />have the design for the new sign which will be approved. Setback <br />of the sign will conform to your prior correspondence.
