<br />-3- <br /> <br />B. state exactly what is i.nten:led to be done on or with the property which <br />does not confODn with the city Code: <br />Applicant and applicant's tenants desire to erect business signs upon the <br />property owned by the City of Roseville which lies between applicant's property <br />and relåoated Terminal Road. <br />20. Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use pennit, RID, variance, division <br />of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to corrluct a neighborhocx:i <br />meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission <br />Public Hearing, arrl shall serxi notices to all of the affected property owners. <br />Affected owners are whose listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate. 'lbe <br />meeting shall be a tllre for the applicant to review arrl explain the proposed <br />develo¡:ment to the owners. <br /> <br />'Ibis policy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed <br />on the Abstractor's Certificate. 'Ibis policy does not apply to property <br />proposed for developrrent which is zoned R-1 arrl will be or continue to be used <br />for single family housing. <br /> <br />. Please irrlicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected <br />property owners: The affected owner is the City of Roseville. Several meetings <br />have taken place over the past three years. <br />21. Except as noted. the followinq infonnation must be submitted for all <br />applications. <br /> <br />A. Application arrl Fee <br /> <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES ON lABEIS of the <br />owners of the larrl within 350 feet of the l::x:>urrlaries of the property in <br />question special use pennit, rezoning, IUD and comprehensive plan <br />amerrlment applications is required. 250 feet for variance, lot divisions, <br />prel:Ï1nina1:y/final plat, house relocation, and vacation of right-of-way <br />applications is required. <br /> <br />c. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, gradinq and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required (1 copy for shoreline pennit). <br /> <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy <br />only for shoreline pennits) . <br /> <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements) . <br />F. [):)cuments as required by the City Planner. <br />
