The engineering staffhas reviewed this proposal <br />and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This easement was a concern when the building permit was issued. Gordie Beseth asked the <br />owner; Art Mueller to have the easement located in the field because he felt the footings for <br />the new building looked to close to the easement. This was not done correctly as you can <br />see by the enclosed survey. <br /> <br />2. The sanitary sewer is 16 feet deep at this location and requires the easement width that was <br />on the original easement. If some of the easement is vacated the number of feet given back <br />will have to be replaced with the same number offeet in a new easement to the west. The <br />legal description for the new easement will have to be done by a survey company. <br /> <br />3. The sanitary sewer will have to be relocated to the west due to the depth of the line and the <br />closeness of the new building to the sanitary sewer main.
