What are the <br />21 long-term costs of this plan? Will there be an increase in tax rates to the City of <br />22 Roseville? Hamline Center is in need of commercial revamping. Mr. Wietecki <br />23 noted that long-term costs are unclear at this time, but hopes are that costs can be <br />24 shared with public/private partnership. <br />25 <br />26 Jim Foley, 2717 Merrill St., stated the city does not need more buildings or <br />27 transit. <br />28 <br />29 Paula Griffin, mobile home park, stated she was opposed to changes in the mobile <br />30 home park. <br />3] <br />32 Paula Maczko~ Fernwood Ave., expressed concern about property tax, property <br />33 value, and traffic. Where will the building be located and what will the zoning <br />34 be? <br />35 <br />36 Sheila Ryan~ 2690 Oxford St.~ Parkview Terrace Condos, asked why this comes to <br />37 the Planning Commission first? Mr. Wietecki explained the need for the district in <br />38 order to prepare the master plan, Why "'may" is used on complementary uses <br />39 such as housing or retail? <br />40 <br />41 Don Siegfried, 2680 Oxford St.~ Parkview Terrace Condo, asked how an <br />42 amphitheater, pool, and all the other uses will fit within 121 acres?
