<br />A new Community Center is located in the existing City Hall building combined with a new <br />20,000 SF expansion to create a 40,000 SF facility on two levels. <br /> <br />A "wintergarden" located at the corner of Lexington Avenue and County Road C provides a year <br />round enclosed public gathering space, a new link to Central Park ITom the City Center and a <br />strong connection between the new City Hall and Community Center. <br /> <br />New multi-family housing is located on the north side of City Square on each side of the <br />north/south road. The ground floor of the housing would be reserved for service commercial uses <br />that support the City Center. <br /> <br />A parking structure is located in the northeast corner of City Center (150 spacesllevel, 4 - 5 <br />levels). Additional parking is provided in a one level parking ramp over the Ice Arena surface <br />parking lot and in a surface parking lot to the north of the Ice Arena. <br /> <br />Development Option E <br /> <br />Option E (Illustration L) proposes maintaining City Hall in its present location and providing a <br />40,000 SF addition that would house a new Community Center. <br /> <br />A "wintergarden" is shown at the corner of County Road C and Lexington A venue that provides a <br />year round enclosed public gathering space and a new link to Central Park from the City Center. <br /> <br />Multi-family residential is illustrated on the north and east side of City Square, The ground floor <br />of the housing would be reserved for service commercial uses that support the City Center uses. <br />Parking for the residential would be located in a basement level underneath the complex. The <br />northern portion of the residential could have a separate private access off ofW oodhill Drive that <br />would also be access to the underground parking. <br /> <br />A new parking structure is proposed to the north of the Ice Arena (150 spacesllevel, 4 - 5 levels). <br />Additional parking would be provided in a one level-parking ramp over the existing Ice Arena <br />surface parking lot. <br /> <br />Development Option F <br /> <br />Option F (Illustration M) is similar to Option E, except the parking structure has been located on <br />the east side of City Square to provide a closer proximity to City Hall and the Community Center. <br />The "winter garden" provides a strong enclosed linkage form the parking structure to City Hall <br />and the Community Center. <br /> <br />Residential is shown north of the Rccreation Center, fronting unto the north/south road. <br /> <br />Roseville City Center Master Plan and Development Strategy <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />Draft 11.1 0.99 <br />
