~'The Vision"

Roseville City Center provides a safe and architecturally unique "landmark" for the
City's government, community and recreational needs. It is highly accessible via the
City's network of parkways, tree-lined streets, transit services and pedestrian walkways
that connect to the Center's mixed use street level area, providing a variety of indoor
and outdoor spaces. The City Center takes advantage of the area's topographic
changes which help to reinforce its aesthetic continuity with Central Park. The human
scale and design continuity orit's campus setting is reinforced by the high level of
ornamentation that specifically identifies this "place", as Roseville City Center.
