<br />Community Development Department <br /> <br />April 4, 2001 <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Golie, <br />Alpine Capital, LLC. <br />4797 Highway 10 <br />Arden Hills, Mn. 55112 <br /> <br />VIA FAX (651-638-1486) and MAIL <br /> <br />Re: Brentwood Office Complex, Highway 36 and Lexington, Roseville, Mn. <br /> <br />Mr. Golie: <br /> <br />The purpose ofthis letter is to explain the progress of the Brentwood Office Complex proposed <br />by Mr. Brent Thompson. Essentially all City Planning Commission and City Council actions are <br />complete. The staff is completing the last details on the Planned Unit Development and the <br />signature sheets. A copy ofthis document will be forwarded to you as soon as final signatures <br />are attached.. <br /> <br />On XXX, XX, 2001 the planning Commission recommended approval of the project. See the <br />attached, notarized minutes of that action. <br /> <br />On XXX,XX, 2001 the City Council approved ofthe project. See the attached, notarized minutes <br />ofthat action. <br /> <br />Mr.Thompson is currently completing the submissions for building permits. I expect those <br />permits to be issued within the next week. No unforeseen issues have arisen and we fully expect <br />to issue the permits and have construction started in the near future. <br />Once construction has been completed to the degree where a surveyor can clearly survey the <br />building walls, exterior and between units, the City requires that a Condo Plat be prepared and <br />recorded against the property with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />If there are questions, feel free to contact me or our city planner Thomas Paschke. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />By: Dennis P.
