<br />8.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />8.1 By resolution and with findings, approve (approve with modifications or deny) the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment modifying the future land use designation for the .56 <br />acre parcel at 2330 Lexington A venue from High Density Residential (HD) to Business <br />(B); <br /> <br />8.2 By motion approve (approve with modifications or deny) the rezoning from Single <br />Family Residence District (R-l) to Business-Planned Unit Development (B-PUD) with <br />an underlying zoning classification of Limited Business District (B-1) for the .56 acre <br />parcel at 2330 Lexington A venue; <br /> <br />8.3 By motion approve (approve with modifications or deny) the combined Planned Unit <br />Development "General Concept Final Development Plan" and the "Draft Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement" that establishes the design standards and development <br />parameters under which the McKinley Companies must develop the .56 acre parcel at <br />2330 Lexington A venue. <br /> <br />8.4 By motion approve (approve with modifications or deny) the "FINAL" Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement between the City and McKinley Companies, stipulating the <br />terms and conditions of the redevelopment proposal for property located at 2330 <br />Lexington A venue. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke, City Planner (490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, site, landscape plan, floor plan, building elevations, and aerial photo. <br /> <br />Application submitted on December 13, 2000; Accepted on December 29,2000; Action Deadline February 29,2001. <br /> <br />PF3277 - RCA (01/22/01) Page 6 of 6 <br />
