Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Ralph and Netilee Wheaton have requested City approval of a <br />shoreline building permit to allow them to demolish the existing <br />home, garage, and guest house at 393 S. Owasso Boulevard and to <br />construct a new single family dwelling on the site. The proposed <br />new dwelling would meet all setback requirements. The house would <br />be setback 77 feet from the lake. The proposal would also result in <br />the removal of three mature ash trees on the front portion of the <br />lot toward Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the new City policy, the Planning and Zoning <br />Administrator and Assistant Public Works Director have reviewed this <br />request and deemed it appropriate. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Ralph and Netilee <br />Wheaton's request for a shoreline permit <br />at 393 S. Owasso Boulevard. <br />
