Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use pennit, RID, variance, division <br />of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to COl'rluct a neighbO!:hood <br />meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Plarming Corrmission <br />Public Hearing, arñ shall serxi notices to all of the affected property owners. <br />Affected owners are whose listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate. The <br />meeting shall be a time for the applicant to review arñ explain the proposed <br />developnent to the owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed <br />on the Abstractor's Certificate. '!his policy does not apply to property <br />proposed for developnent which is zoned R-1 arñ will be or continue to be used <br />for single family housing. <br /> <br />Please irrlicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected <br />property owners: <br /> <br />21. Except as noted, the follOlN':im infonnation must be submitted for all <br />applications. <br /> <br />A. Application and Fee <br /> <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAME'S AND ADDRESSES ON IABEI.S of the <br />owners of the larñ within 350 feet of the bo1Jnjaries of the property in <br />question special use pennit, rezoning, RID arñ comprehensive plan <br />amen::iment applications is required. 250 feet for variance, lot divisions, <br />preli.minazy/final plat, house relocation, arñ vacation of right-of-way <br />applications is required. <br /> <br />C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, larrlscape plan, grading arñ <br />drainage plan, arñ exterior buildi.ng elevation drawings shOlN'ing building <br />materials is required (1 copy for shoreline pennit). <br /> <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 'copies). (1 copy <br />only for shoreline pennits). <br /> <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). <br /> <br />F. D:x::urnents as required by the City Planner. <br />
