<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning commission of thé City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, September 5, 1990 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />City of Roseville request for a variance for the golf course <br />parking lot at 2323 Hamline Avenue. Planned improvements include <br />curbing, closure of existing entrances and exits to the site, and <br />the construction of a new entrance which will line up with the <br />stop light. The existing and proposed parking lot is setback 0 <br />feet from the existing right-of-way line of Hamline Avenue <br />instead of the required 15 feet. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />September 24, 1990 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />That part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of <br />section 10, Township 29, Range 23, lying north of Highway 36 <br />except the south 235 feet of the east 760 feet thereof. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />~~c~ty Manager <br />
