This was
accomplished by contributing to the pathways fund for sidewalks;
2 more storm sewer catch basins were added to site; an overstory
tree has been included on Rice Street; and, vinyl siding will be
used on exterior with two contrasting colors and patterns.

Wietecki questioned the landscaping plan. Shardlow stated that
it covered about 2 percent of the parking lot.

Mr. Nelson the architect presented a drawing of the site.
Johnson questioned whether the colors on the drawing would be the
same as those on the building. Nelson stated that they are
pretty close but that there would actually be more contrast.

_ -~._,~ c_,' '~~_____'.'-"______'__"___
