The <br />engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This lot was assessed for one unit for storm sewer assessment. <br />If the lot is rezoned there will be $460 due. <br /> <br />2. This lot only has one sewer and water service. A new sewer and <br />water service will have to be built. R-2 lot have to each have <br />their own service per code. <br /> <br />3. The proposed driveway as shown is larger then city code permits. <br />A minor variance for driveway set back is needed if it is to be <br />built abutting each other. If it is as one driveway the maximum <br />width per code is 26 feet. <br /> <br />4. A grading plan will have to be checked as part of the building <br />permit. <br />
