<br />jJ;1 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 10-22-90 <br />ITEM NO.: ~ ~ 5' <br /> <br /> <br />Manager Reviewed: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />Joseph Linton request for a special use permit <br />for the expansion of an automobile repair use <br />and to allow rental of vehicles on the site at <br />2989 Rice Street. <br /> <br />The Ròseville Planning Commission, at its October 3, 1990 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of Joseph Linton's request for a <br />special use permit for the expansion of an automobile repair use and <br />to allow rental of vehicles at the site at 2989 Rice Street with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the site be developed in accordance with the plans <br />submitted on October 3, 1990. <br /> <br />2. That a contribution be made to' the pathway fund consistent <br />with City policy. <br /> <br />3. That the final landscape, drainage, and rental vehicle <br />storage plan be approved by staff. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve Joseph Linton's request <br />for a special use permit for the <br />expansion of an automobile repair use and <br />to allow rental of vehicles on the site <br />at 2989 Rice Street with the following <br />conditions: 1) That the site be <br />developed in accordance wi th the plans <br />submitted on October 3, 1990; 2) That a <br />contribution be made to the pathway fund <br />consistent with City policy; and 3) That <br />the final landscape, drainage, and rental <br />vehicle storage plan be approved by <br />staff. <br />
