<br />4. No change. <br />5. I have been in the auto service business in Roseville since <br /> <br />1972. We began as a service center doing lite repair. In <br /> <br />1976 we leased a pipe bending machine and began specializing <br /> <br />in custom exhaust work. Today 80% of our customers are <br /> <br />automotive hobbyist. Forty percent of the vehicles we work <br /> <br />on are custom made either for or by their owners. We have on <br /> <br />several occasions done work for The City of Roseville. <br /> <br />Because of the quality of the materials we use and the <br /> <br />skilled workmanship of our six employees many of the ciTy <br /> <br />employees now bring their cars to us for mufflers and pipes. <br /> <br />6. Nineteen parking spaces as required by existing ordinance. <br /> <br />This includes one for handicapped as required by the state <br /> <br />building code. <br /> <br />7. None required. <br /> <br />8. Roof drainage and part of south and east surfaced areas drain <br /> <br />to existing storm sewer system. Balance of site plus <br /> <br />adjasent properties and south half of South Owasso Blvd. <br /> <br />drain to existinG holding pond located on southwest corner <br /> <br />of site. <br /> <br />9. No requirements indicated. <br /> <br />10. Trash is stored within building until picked up for <br /> <br />recycling. <br /> <br />11. There are no rooftop mechanical unit <br />
