The <br />engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The proposed holding pond has no out let. An existing catch basin <br />at the southeast corner of the lot might work. <br /> <br />2. Sidewalk along the north and east sides of the lot is not shown. <br /> <br />3. The placement of concrete curb and gutter along Rice street must <br />be done to Mndot standards. A permit for that work may also be <br />required form the state to work within their right-of-way. <br /> <br />4. The existing sign does not meet set back requirements <br /> <br />5. The existing catch basin at the southeast corner of the lot should <br />have a lead extended to the inside of the southeast edge of the <br />new parking lot. <br /> <br />6. The addition of a catch basin on the north side of the building <br />should be done to pickup drainage before it runs off into South <br />Owasso Blvd. There is an existing storm sewer inplace in South <br />Owasso Blvd. <br /> <br />7. Should a fence be placed on the west and south sides of this lot? <br />
