The City of Roseville requires <br />that all driveways be brought into compliance with city code <br />during a permanent street upgrading. Driveways must be a minimum <br />of 5 feet from the side property line. <br /> <br />Currently, the north edge of your driveway is 2 feet from your <br />north property line. In order to comply with city code, this <br />must be re-built to a point 5 feet from your north property line, <br />or you may apply to vary from city code by a "minor variance. II I <br />have enclosed an application for a minor variance.
