<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, <br />the 14th day of May, 2001 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9886 <br /> <br />ARESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR QWEST WIRELESS'S <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO INSTALL A 60 FOOT TALL <br />MONOPOLE WITH ANTENNA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2555 DALE STREET <br />NOIRTH, CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF 3303). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless has requested a conditional use permit to erect a 60 foot tall <br />monopole in the rear yard of Fire Station No.3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2001, the Planning Commission was to consider this request and <br />hold the necessary public hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless and the City ofRoseville have yet to reach an agreement on <br />a lease for the property, its terms and conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2001 the Planning Commission continued the hearing the <br />regularly scheduled meeting on June 13,2001; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the review deadline for the Qwest Wireless request expires on June 9, 2001; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />ofRoseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review ofthe application of Qwest Wireless for the a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT on property at 2555 Dale Street North, is hereby extended up to 60 days from June 9 to <br />August 9, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
