P"UL, MN 55117 <br /> <br />September 24, 1990 <br /> <br />RE: Rezone the property at 1023 Parker Avenue (legal description: Lot <br />21, Block 1, Franksonls Garden Plateau) From R-1 to R-2 <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />During our public hearing meeting with the Roseville Planning <br />Commission on Wednesday, September 5, 1990, the commission granted a <br />30 day extension to anyone opposed to this rezoning to communicate <br />with me, the proposed builder, about any concerns they may have. The <br />extension was also granted to give those opposed additional time to <br />actually go visit similiar units built by me in Shoreview so that they <br />would be assured that these units will aesthetically fit into their <br />neighborhood. <br />Immediately following our meeting on September 5, Bob Krejci, my <br />real estate agent from Burnet Realty, and myself met with a few of <br />those opposed to discuss their concerns. In addition, Bob notified <br />most of them by telephone to find out if they had visited the Shoreview <br />property yet¡ which no one had. As of today, September 26, 1990, no <br />. <br />one has contacted me with any Questions or to discuss their concerns. <br />I assume they have made an effort to view the Shoreview property. <br /> <br />In closing, I welcome anyone who would like to discuss anything <br />about this rezoning issue with me to feel free to call me.
