The
unit contains a substantial amount of currency. There-
fore, for security reasons it is of paramount importance
that it has a highly visible location. The location we
are proposing affords open, unobstructed visibility.
This location provides a greater degree of safety not
only to our bank patrons, but also to our own bank
personnel, who replenish the machine frequently.

A secondary reason for this location is for those persons
wishing to use the automatic teller machine during
banking hours, it is accessible without going through the
congested area of the drive up. Because the unit is
used most often during after banking hours, there is
minimal impact on the existing parking layout.

Sincerely,

/~ /~ Øi/~

Thomas M.
