McCarrons Boulevard with wood decking and concrete. The <br />proposed improvements would not effect the lakeshore and would not <br />be within the 75 foot lakeshore setback requirements. <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the proposal and finds it to be acceptable. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny John Fox' request <br />for a shoreline permit at 254 N. <br />McCarrons Boulevard. <br />
