The owners are willing to accommodate you, provided <br />the area immediately west of and adjacent to the fence be cleared <br />of the asphalt and gravel, and replaced with humus soil and <br />cultured sod, thus creating an attractive appearance. This is, <br />after all, the front door to the businesses along the east side of <br />our building. We wish simply to create a more appealing view for <br />customers and clients calling upon our tenants.
