The main objectives of this study are to Yeview e�sring operations within the <br />study area, evaluate the traffic impacts to the adjacent roadway network and recommend any <br />necessary improvements to accommodate the proposed development The following information <br />provides the assumptions, analysis and study recommendations offered for consideration. <br />Existing Conditions <br />The e�sting conditions were Yeviewed to establish a baseline in order to identify any future impacts <br />associated with the proposed development The evaluation of e�sting conditions includes peak hour <br />intersection turning movement counts, field observations and an intersection capacit�= analysis. <br />Data Collection <br />Vehicular turning movement counts were collected b�- SRF during the a.m. and p.m. peak periods <br />the week of March 10, 2014 at the following study intersections: <br />• Dale Street and Lovell Avenue <br />• Da1e Street and Cope Avenue <br />It should be noted that there are three schools located within a quarter-mile of the project. The a.m. <br />peak hour of the school coincides with the peak hour of the adjacent roadway. However, the p.m. <br />peak of the school is before the p.m. peak hour of the adjacent roadway.
