49 7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />50 On April 10, 2014, the Roseville Panning Commission held the duly noticed public <br />51 hearing on the requested pedestrian easement vacation. At the meeting no citizens <br />52 addressed and Commissioners had no questions of the Planning Staff (Attachment D). <br />53 <br />54 <br />55 <br />56 8.0 <br />57 <br />58 <br />59 <br />60 9.0 <br />61 <br />62 <br />63 <br />The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the pedestrian easement <br />vacation and re-establishment of a new easement in the general location indicated on the <br />attached illustration. <br />SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Adopt a Resolution vacation the existing pedestrian pathway easement as described <br />on Attachment E at 1045 Larpentuer Avenue, based on the comments and findings of <br />Sections 4-6 and the recommendation of Section 7 of this staff report. <br />OPTIONAL COUNCIL ACTIONS <br />Pass a motion to table the item for future action. Tabling the item does not impact the <br />60-day action deadline established in Minn. Stat. § 15.99, since is does not apply. The <br />Planning Division, however, would seek specific direction on such a tabling. <br />64 Pass a motion, to deny the requested approvals.
