J.1_~l.:_.¿Ji:_/ <br /> <br />August 20, 1990 <br /> <br />Roseville Lutheran Church <br />1966 Fernwood street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />Kay Peterson has approached the city about obtaining a minor <br />variance to allow construction of a garage on her property at 1959 <br />Lexington Avenue. The City requires that before the city can <br />approve a minor variance, an applicant must obtain written approval <br />of the variance from affected neighbors. As I understand it, <br />Roseville lutheran Church owns the property adjacent to Kay <br />Peterson's but that the church is reluctant to provide written <br />approval to the variance because it may adversely affect a future <br />potential land trade/purchase with the city.
