South Owasso Boulevard, north of and adjacent to
the Burlington Northern railroad right of way is only 40 feet
wide. South Owasso Boulevard crosses the railro~d right of way
at a skew different from the South Owasso Boulevard road
alignment south of the railroad right of way extended
northerly. The possibility exists that the railroad could tell
the County at any time in the future to cross the track on a
closer to perpendicular angle within the extended alignment.
Also, the existing embankment between the guardrail and the
south wall of the south Fenner building, that now encroaches on
County road right of way, is rather steep. This embankment
should remain within County control for maintenance of slope
control.

I do not believe it is in
vacate a portion of an already

C~tf;?~

~~~Ph A.
