On July 8,l990.0ur garage was totally destroyed by the storm a large tree fell onto the center of the garage. This garage has been on the property as long as we owned this property for overcthirty three years. l1e found it necessary to inquire as to building permit and ect. for a new garage,on the same site and demolish of destroyed garage. In so doing we learned that a small part of said garage is on south Owasso Blv'd. Right-of- way. This right-of-way in most part consists of about twenty two foot steep embankment and is no longer of value to the general public. We are not asking for the steep embankment only the small area that the damaged building (garage) ~'O"l rests upon,and the continued access to our property.This propetty:is no longer value to the ceneral public. ';Ie had no intentions of building a ne\'¡ garage but mother nature forced it upon us. Our neH garage actually \'lill be useing less area of riL~ht-of-way thanC;le present builc:ing sits on. ;;:e will give access to those affected with this request. Please refer to our plot plan for our intent. We plan to the damaged garage and garáge next to damaged garage as shows on plan. ðn this property a new garage will be constructed size 26' as shaHS on plot plan.
