<br />)J1Ç <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 10-8-90 <br />ITEM NO.: J; V <br /> <br /> <br />roval: <br /> <br />Manager Reviewed: <br /> <br />Agenda section: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Consent <br /> <br />Kenneth Jackson request for a minor variance <br />at 3033 Pascal Street North. <br /> <br />The Roseville Minor Variance Committee convened October 4, 1990 and <br />unanimously recommended approval of Kenneth Jackson's request for a <br />minor variance at 3033 Pascal Street. Mr. Jackson has requested a <br />variance to the requirement that the fencing material be placed on <br />the side of the fence which faces the adj acent property. Mr. <br />Jackson is replacing an existing fence but is unable to place the <br />fencing material on the outside because of shrubs and trees along <br />the property line which would prevent him from access to construct <br />the fence in a manner consistent with the ordinance. The Minor <br />variance Committee believed this was a reasonable request because it <br />would protect existing trees and shrubs and becaue the adj acent <br />neighbor concurs with the variance. The adjacent property owner <br />concurs with this variance request. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> <br />Motion to approve <br />request for a minor <br />Pascal Street. <br /> <br />Kenneth Jackson's <br />variance at 3033 <br />
