Tanurb has requested permission to add two monument signs to <br />Rosedale Commons. <br /> <br />2. The signage is not included in the original site plan, thus <br />Tanurb must request approval of a special use permit <br />modifying the existing site plan. <br /> <br />3. The signs would be located 15 feet from the property line as <br />opposed to the required 30 feet. <br /> <br />4. The Planning commission continued this item in November and <br />requested Tanurb to complete a comprehensive sign for the <br />Center. <br /> <br />5. At the December meeting, the applicant presented additional <br />information regarding restrictions that would be placed on <br />monument signs, existing pylon signs, and potential changes <br />for signage on the buildings. <br /> <br />6. The Planning commission unanimously recommended that City <br />council approve Tanurb's request for the special use permit <br />and variance with the following conditions: <br />A. That the signs be designed and constructed according to <br />the plans and criteria submitted to the Planning <br />Commission on December 5, 1990. <br /> <br />B. That the applicant develop and present a complete a com- <br />plete, uniform sign criteria, including letter style, <br />color, font style, and letter size to the Planning <br />Commission and City Council within six months. <br />
