<br />VI. <br /> <br />Chapter 14 of the city Code of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended to add: <br /> <br />14.020. Definitions. <br /> <br />16. Ground Siqn. <br /> <br />A ground sign is a sign that is mounted on the <br />ground, attached either to footings, or a base, with <br />no open space between the ground and the sign face. <br /> <br />14.0 o. Ground Siqns, Area, Height, Setback <br />Requirements. <br /> <br />Ground signs shall be limited to one-half the <br />maximum sign area allowed for pylon signs in the <br />same zoning district. Ground signs shall be limited <br />to a maximum of 8 feet in height. Ground signs may <br />be set back from street rights-of-way a distance <br />equal to one-half of the setback for pylon signs in <br />the same zoning district. <br />
