Apartment building constructed on subject property in 1963. <br /> <br />2. The structure was located with an 18 foot rear yard setback <br />instead of 30 feet. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />No record of variance being granted. <br />No change to building requested. <br />Variance necessary to clear title. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Planning <br />variance to <br />to exist <br />difficulty. <br /> <br />commission unanimously recommends approval of <br />allow existing apartment apartment building <br />at its present location based on practical <br /> <br />7.
