CITY OF ROSEVILLE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS UPON APPROVAL Date: _October_15_, 1990 TO: _South Oaks Partnership Planning File Number 2179 PIN NO.: 02-29-23-22-0038 The Public Works staff has reviewed your application for: Variance to Zoning Ordinance that is presently before the City Council and/or Planning Commission. It has bee found that $ -0- in additional charges will become due, if your application is approved by the city council. It is our standard procedure to collect these charges at the time of recording of a legal document or upon application for a building permit, whichever takes place first. These additional charges (see city code ordinances) are collected by the city because the property was not assessed in full at the time of levy or because of the applicant's action which created a situation of utilizing the property to a higher degree that at the time of levy. The charges calculated are normally based on the rate of assessment prevalent at the time they were levied, plus the accrued interest from that time to present, at the rate of interest charged at that time.
