<br />WATERKAIN EASEMENT <br />02-22-38 <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of December, 1990 by and between <br /> <br />of the County of Ramsey, state of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and <br />the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a municipal corporation, <br />party of the second part. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable <br />considerations in hand paid by the said party of the second part, said parties <br />of the first part do hereby grant and convey unto party of the second part, its <br />successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for underground water aains, <br />pipes and appurtenances under and across the following described property in <br />,. Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />THE SOUTH 10 PEET OP THE NORTH 43 PEET OP THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: <br /> <br />The North 313.0 feet of Lot 8, st.
