At the request of Craig Waldron of the Roseville Community <br />Development Department, I am sending you copies of concept sketches we have prepared for this project on a <br />possible site in the northeast corner of the Har Mar Mall property. <br /> <br />These sketches are basic ideas only, to show how a Jiffy Lube station might fit into this part of the Mall, and <br />are offered as a starting point for your discussions to illustrate the kind of plan the City would look upon <br />favorably. <br /> <br />We believe a Jiffy Lube in this location could wOIK well within the overall arrangement of the shopping center <br />site and would have much better access than the site further west While it would be somewhat less visible <br />from the Snelling Avenue approach, additional signage might mitigate this. <br />
