This request is to allow the applicant to construct a Jiffy <br />Lube facility on the site formerly occupied by a Total Gas <br />Station adjacent to Har Mar Mall. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, on a 4-1 vote, recommended denial <br />of william Sievers request for special use permit for an <br />automobile service use for si te plan approval and setback <br />variances at 1526 W. County Road B. <br /> <br />3. The City Council, at the request of the applicant, has <br />continued this matter a number of times, most recently until <br />January 25, 1993. <br /> <br />4. The applicant has requested that the application be <br />withdrawn. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the city Council accept withdrawal of <br />William Sievers request for a special use permit for an <br />automobile service use, site plan approval and setback <br />variances at 1526 w.
